With your applications the process we try to follow is as
per the Stallholder information on the web-page which is as
- Returning stallholders have preferential booking from 1st
November 2016 to 28 February 2017.
- From 1 March 2017 on-wards all remaining sites are open for
- For first time applicants, early application could
increase your chances of gaining a site.
- Remember to add the number of sand bags required and the
amount of power you need. You will also need to tell us when
you are arriving as this could decide on which stall space you are
allocated. If this information is not added it may not be available
to you on the day.
- Set up will be from Thursday 1pm and we would encourage as
many as possible to be in place as early as possible.
Priority stall allocation is given to stall holders who
attended the previous Festival(s) until 29 February 2017. From the
1st March, all remaining stall sites are allocated on a site
availability, product suitability, first-come, first-served basis.
We place previous stallholder requests first, and then evaluate and
place new applicants.
While every effort is made to accommodate stallholder needs
and site requirements, the Festival organisers reserve the right to
make site allocation changes as required, in order to best serve
the interests of the Festival.
Please do not send your payment with your registration
of interest, we will send you an invoice after you have been
accepted and allocated a site. Invoices will be issued in
March and April 2017.
You snooze - you lose!
Stallholders who miss a Festival without negotiating a leave of
absence for extreme difficulty lose their site priority
consideration even if they have held it for some time. This has a
positive effect for others opening the way for new stallholder
applicants and for those who wish to change to other sites.
Knowledge is power
In order to give yourself the best chance of gaining a first
time stall at the Festival, make sure your application gives us a
clear idea of what you are proposing and what your stall will look
like. Our decisions are governed by the desire to provide an
interesting, eclectic and fun-filled day for our fair-goers.
